Terms and Conditions – Z7 Game Pakistan

By accessing the Z7 Game platform — whether through the website at z7game.onl or through the Z7 Game mobile app on Android or iOS — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all use of Z7 Game, including sports betting on cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals and other events, slot games, bingo rooms, live casino, VIP programme participation and any promotions or bonuses offered on the platform.

The Z7 Game platform is intended exclusively for adult players. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, make a deposit, place bets, play casino games or participate in any activity on the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• Z7 Game reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension.
• Any winnings accumulated in an account belonging to an underage player will be forfeited. No exceptions apply.

To use the Z7 Game platform you must register a personal account. You may only hold one account at any time. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered in another person's name or with different contact details to circumvent this restriction — are prohibited.

• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact number and any other details requested.
• Single account per person: One account per individual. One account per household is the recommended approach. Multiple accounts from the same IP address may be reviewed.
• Account sharing: Your account is personal to you. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, place bets on your behalf or make transactions using your account.
• Account currency: Z7 Game accounts are denominated in PKR. All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets and winnings are displayed and processed in Pakistani Rupees.
• Verification: Z7 Game may request identity, address or payment verification at any time. Verified accounts are required for withdrawals above certain thresholds.

All financial transactions on Z7 Game are processed in PKR. The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Z7 Game is not responsible for delays caused by JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or any third-party payment service.
• Minimum deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction within the app or platform.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to account verification. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers.
• VIP priority: VIP programme members receive priority withdrawal processing regardless of the method chosen.
• Withdrawal ownership: Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Bonus funds: Bonus balances must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Active bonuses may affect withdrawal eligibility — check the bonus terms before requesting a withdrawal.

Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms in addition to the general conditions below.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must bet before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The specific requirement is stated in each offer's individual terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect your current bonus balance.

• Bets are final: Once a bet is confirmed on the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Always review your selections and stake before confirming.
• Odds: Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your bet. Live in-play odds fluctuate in real time — the odds at confirmation are locked in regardless of subsequent movement.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond the time limit set by the sport's governing rules. Staked amounts on void bets are returned to your balance.
• Match rules: Cricket results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — PCB, ICC or the relevant board as applicable. In-play bets stand regardless of interruptions unless the event is officially abandoned.
• Maximum payouts: Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are displayed within the betting interface. Z7 Game reserves the right to limit stakes on specific markets at its discretion.
• Obvious errors: Bets placed at obviously incorrect odds due to a technical error or pricing mistake may be voided. Z7 Game will notify affected players if this occurs.
• Integrity: Any attempt to manipulate sporting outcomes, exploit inside information or engage in match-fixing-related betting will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

Z7 Game offers slots, bingo rooms and live casino tables as part of the platform. The following conditions apply to all casino and games activity.

• Game results: All slot, bingo and live casino outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer procedures as applicable. Results cannot be predicted or influenced.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your Z7 Game account credentials. This includes your password, biometric login settings and any two-factor authentication options enabled on your account.

• Password security: Use a strong, unique password for your Z7 Game account. Do not reuse a password from another service.
• No sharing: Never share your login details with anyone. Z7 Game staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised access: If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Z7 Game support immediately via the in-app live chat. Change your password as soon as you are able to access the account.
• Biometric login: The Z7 Game app supports fingerprint and Face ID login on compatible devices. Enable biometric login to prevent unauthorised access, particularly if your device is shared with other household members.
• Liability: Z7 Game is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by a player's failure to keep their credentials secure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Z7 Game platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in forfeiture of balance and pending withdrawals.

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers or any third-party tool to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes or system glitches for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in live casino, bingo or any other game mode.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform or using Z7 Game for any unlawful financial activity.
• Placing bets with knowledge of inside information related to sporting events.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Z7 Game platform or its infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing communication with support staff or other players.

Z7 Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, suspected underage use, suspected bonus abuse, match-fixing related activity or failure to complete identity verification when requested.

• Temporary suspension: An account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is ongoing. The player will be notified where possible.
• Permanent closure: Accounts found to have breached these terms materially may be permanently closed. Funds may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited where a breach is confirmed.
• Player-requested closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining after bonus deductions will be processed for withdrawal subject to verification.
• Self-exclusion: Players requesting self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons will have their account suspended for the requested period. During self-exclusion, the account cannot be reactivated early.

Z7 Game is an entertainment platform. Gaming should be an enjoyable activity within a defined personal budget — not a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from account settings.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limit. Once set, the limit is enforced immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break from the platform for a defined period without permanently closing your account. You cannot override a cooling-off period once it is active.

• Z7 Game is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, network outages or third-party payment delays beyond its reasonable control.
• Z7 Game is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's own decision-making, betting strategy or misunderstanding of game rules or odds.
• In no event will Z7 Game's total liability to any player exceed the value of the player's real-money balance at the time the relevant event occurred.
• Z7 Game makes no representations about the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. Players access the platform at their own risk and on the basis of their own assessment of applicable local rules.

Z7 Game collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, payment processing, identity verification and platform operation. This data is handled in accordance with the Z7 Game Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process PKR transactions and comply with verification requirements.
• Z7 Game does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data shared with JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or other payment providers is limited to what those providers require to process your transaction.
